Want to Get GTD-ified? Check Out the 14 Day Challenge

I confess. I am a huge GTD nerd.

While in the past it was something that I was just “into”, it is now the only way I can stay productive for any amount of time. So, I have turned into a huge proponent of the “system”.

I have read the book, listened to David Allen speak, and have regularly listened to the GTD Co. Podcast. They do an awesome job of bringing you back to the basics of GTD and help you to not complicate things. And it looks like they are at it again. If you haven’t tried GTD and are looking to get productive, or you just want to refresh your skills and understanding of the system you can check out The 14-day GTD Challenge that starts on September 22nd over at GTD connect.

GTD Connect is a paid membership service where you can get a nice stream of new webinars as well as access to many old ones about GTD, time-management, productivity, etc. hosted by GTD “Senior Coaches” and David Allen himself. I have tried it, and while I do think that the monthly membership is a little rich for my bones, the service is well thought out with a bunch of great resources.

So, you can get into the GTD Challenge by signing up for a two-week trial over at GTD Connect. It’s free. You don’t need to put in credit card info; just an email address and after two weeks your membership will end. Two weeks is just enough time to check out the Challenge. If you want to get down with GTD and see what the fuss is about, this is a good, interactive way to do it.
