How to Feng-Shui Your Backyard

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art meant to bring good energy and serenity to one’s living space, which can certainly include the backyard! The art involves arranging furniture and other items in such a way so to invite good fortune and other positive energies into the household/ property.

‘Feng Shui’ translates to “wind-water,” and is all about creating a sense of well-being within a residence. The idea is when a person feels happy, secure and confident, this positive energy spills into other areas of life, such as work and relationships, resulting in more success. Both wind and water flow through our world, as does assorted energies that make up the universe. However, these subtle energies can sometimes become blocked. Feng Shui is a way to release such energies, balance the Yin and Yang, and keep everything “flowing” as it should. This art is a way for humans to work with “Qi” or “Chi,” the omnipresent energies that bind the universe with Earth and its inhabitants.

Create a relaxing, serene space to enjoy time with friends and family, meditate and otherwise feel at peace. After all, home should be the number one place for relaxation and rejuvenation! This lesson is free for the first 7 days, after which; to subscribe to the lesson will cost only $1.99. All other lessons will cost $1.99 too.
